I need to fix my 3000 gt?
I wrecked my GT in march of 2007 and have been trying to find the cheapest way to do it...any ideas on where to go?...i know the dogde avenger has the same body style but some of the parts won't fit...right now i need a full driver's side door with window and rear view mirror...new dash and steering wheel...new axels for both front and back of my car...new hood and body work for the back...thats just the maiiin area's...my engine looks to be in good working order except for the pulleys by my harmonic balancer aka the crank pulley or shaft...I just need to replace those and that belt...basically I hit got into a "fight" with a truck and two poles...u no who won lol...
basically a new frame for the front too...yea..i did some damage...
I would check the crankshaft closely to make sure you didn't break the shaft. If that is good, start looking around for a car with a decent body but a bad engine or trans and install your engine and trans into that car. The cost to rebuild your car would greatly exceed the value that the car is worth.
