Retractable Air Compressor
What do you think of the idea checking people's tire pressure to make money?
I am unemployed, OBVIOUSLY. I was thinking today while putting air in my tires at a gas station
how annoying it is. You have to stretch that stupid retractable hose out to all four tires, squat down,
take off the valve caps, etc.
What if I set up a compressor in a parking lot, and put up a sign that said, check your tire pressure for free? If the tires need air, I would charge them a buck or two for the convenience of having it done.
Its creative, but I probably wouldn't bother to stop. You need to find out how much money correct tire pressure would save them and charge them accordingly. ie If you could prove that on average low tire pressure would cost them $50 over the next 10K miles; then I might stop. Its creative but kinda hard to implement to make money.
